Workshop, Events, Intensives, and Immersions Deposits:
The deposit for any workshop is nonrefundable.
Workshop, Event, Intensive, or Immersion remaining payment:
If client purchases just the deposit through our site, the remaining payment will be billed via PayPal invoice. Remaining payment is due one week before the Workshop, Event, Intensive, or Immersion.
Self-Guided Programs:
Purchase of any self-guided programs is nonrefundable. This includes, but is not limited to: Feel Good in Your Own Skin
Online Event, Course, Web Call, or Webshop Purchases:
Purchase of any Online Event, Course, Web Call, or Webshop is nonrefundable.

Discovery Session and Single Session
Purchase of any Discovery Session or Single Session is nonrefundable.
1-on-1 Coaching Packages:

The entire agreement is contained within the four corners of this document. There are no extraneous agreements or other understandings between Fully Known, its representatives, and customers. Any dispute will be governed by this document.
